About the Role:

Enterprise Security, a leading electronic security systems integrator, is actively recruiting a highly motivated Business Development Professional to strengthen our presence within the US market. As a key team member, you'll leverage your expertise and strategic acumen to identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with potential clients, and drive revenue growth. Drawing upon your knowledge of electronic security systems integration, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that address the unique security needs of our clients. Additionally, you'll stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform our market positioning and enhance our competitive advantage.     • Manages Installation and Service crews

    • Use established tools and procedures to organize and maintain all project and service-related materials and record keeping

    • Ensures that the installation of products and services matches the requirements

    • Manages project plans, and directs the efficient and effective installation of products and services while minimizing disruption to the customer’s business environment

    • Establishes installation process by studying system requirements, gathering components and parts, completing installations, and performing acceptance tests

    • Initiates project plan changes based on a situational assessment to achieve customer satisfaction

    • Documents service and installation actions by accurately completing forms, reports, logs, and records

    • Conducts site walks, surveys, quality control inspections, safety inspections, etc.

    • Ensures that required inspections are completed according to plans, including but not limited to construction and/or electrical permit sign-offs

    • Prepares quotes and submittals for house account customers

    • Maintains rapport with interested parties by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, and recommending systems improvements

    • Interfaces with technicians, customers, contractors, vendors, etc.

    • Coordinates and dispatches resources for installation and service requests

    • Reports on project and service statuses

    • Resolves escalated issues, concerns, and conflicts

    • Responsible for installation and Service Profit and Loss

    • Maintains customer confidentiality by keeping installation and service information confidential

    • Occasional overnight travel

    • Operates vehicle safely, keeping the vehicle well maintained, organized, and stocked (if required)

    • Identifies and escalates customer and product issues that need resolution to management

    • As directed by the President, Vice President, or Operations Manager, assist with the Sales process, which may include, but is not limited to, site walk, pre-bid information gathering, etc.

    • Under the direction of the President, Vice President, or Operations Manager, participate in the interview, hiring, and onboarding processes of technicians to potentially be hired, disciplinary actions of existing technicians, and/or termination process of technicians

    • Keeps personal equipment operational by following operating instructions, protecting from damage, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventative maintenance and calibration

    • Under the direction of the President, Vice President, or Operations Manager, participate in the performance review process of technicians

    • Under the direction of the President, Vice President, or Operations Manager, participate in the development of a training curriculum for the advancement of technician knowledge

  • • High school diploma, or equivalent certification

    • 5+ Years of Security Industry Experience

    • 2+ Years of Project Management Experience

    • 2+ Years of General Management Experience

    • Software House CCure 9000 Certified – Preferred

    • DMP Certified – Preferred

    • OSHA 30 Certified – Preferred

    • MAStermind Certified – Preferred

    • Bluebeam Experience – Preferred

    • Infinity Experience – Preferred

    • Hands-on installation and service experience

    • Strong written and verbal communication

    • Excellent organization and record keeping

    • Excellent customer service

    • Aerial / Scissor Lift Certification or an ability to obtain Aerial / Scissor Lift Certification

    • Excellent driving record

    • Clean background check
